1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the Nadaden website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and Nadaden. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Products and Purchases

Nadaden sells gaming peripherals and accessories, including but not limited to gaming mice, keyboards, game controllers, and watches. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. Orders may be canceled for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention protocols.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nadaden, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or products purchased therefrom.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

The products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the Nadaden Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Nadaden or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Nadaden" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Nadaden. You are not granted any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site without the prior written permission of Nadaden.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Site.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
• A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items may only be eligible for exchange or store credit. For defective products, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Digital downloads, opened software, and personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

6. General Provisions
