Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds are not available for items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in resalable condition.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being refunded:
- Opened software or downloadable content.
- Personalized or custom-configured products.
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events, as explicitly marked.
Refund Process
- Initiate a Return Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
